How to Install the Garden Picket Fencing
Garden picket fencing, also called picket welded fence, function as its name, most of time act as a garden defender. Different with the palisade fence, steel picket fence’s panel can not be parted. The panel is formed with horizontal rail and picket, but the product get is only the panel.
Workers in the factory make the picket pass through the horizontal rail, and then welded them as a whole. Only after surface treatment, heavy hot dipped galvanized or electric galvanized come with polyester powder coated, the panel can be got by the customer as a part of the garden picket fencing. And this panel can not be parted.
If customers want to install the garden fence, he must get the other four part of the fence, post, clamp, post cap, and the little clip. We needn’t say more about the post and the post cap, be same with other style of garden fence, it usually come with the size of 60mm*60mm*2.0mm, and with a metal or anti-uv plastic cap.
So, what left is the clamp and the little clip. The clamp is only owned by the garden picket fencing, its usually with a square shape, seems like a square “U”. The closed size first fixed with the post by the an-thief bolts and nuts. Then the opened side surround the picket, the anti-thief bolts come through the hole which is in the clamp and the picket at the same time, then combine with the anti-thief nuts, the picket fencing is installed finished.
To fix the post, there’s two method, if you get a post higher than the picket about 400-600mm, you can buried the bottom. If you get the post similar height with the picket, you can fix the post with the flange plate. Then the installation work of the garden picket fencing is finished. It’s simple, right?
