Welded Wire Mesh Panels – Skyhall Fence
Welded wire mesh panels are very popular in the global fence market because of its long lifetime, low cost and high production ability. Most of the welded wire mesh panels are produced in Anping county which located in Hebei Province, China mainland. All the welded wire mesh panels from Skyhall Fence is good quality and be strictly inspected and quality controlled during production process.
The welded wire mesh panels production process is not very difficult and easy to understand. First we need to purchase the raw material steel wire rod, the wire rod material is usually 8mm wire diameter. After receiving the wire rod raw material, then we need to draw the wire rod to designed wire thickness.
After drawing the wire to the wire thickness we wanted, we will settle the coiled wire to a machine to make the wire straight. Put the straight wire into the auto welding machine, the welding machine will start welding automatic to panels. Clients will choose the surface treatment of the welded wire mesh panel. Hot dipped galvanized after welding or electric galvanized + polyester powder coated is very common and popular surface treatment.
Only electric galvanized surface treatment is not strong enough for protect the wire from rusty. Sometimes clients will request to use a kind of new type of wire material called galfan wire, which is coated by zinc (95%) and aluminum (5%) alloy material. This kind of galfan wire do not need any surface treatment but can still stopping from rusty.
After all the welded wire mesh panels done, we will load the panels on a steel pallet and tie with steel belt. Of course, there will be a carton board between the belt and panel to protect the surface of the panel. Wrapping with plastic film in the end to prevent raining or water going into the pallet. Skyhall Logo is not necessary if our clients do not need it.
