There are three main parts of mesh panel fencing. First, the welded wire mesh panel part. Second, post part. Third, the accessories. I’m going to introduce the production process of mesh panel fencing according to above three parts.
Welded wire mesh panel section, its raw material is 8mm low carbon steel wire rod. After wire drawing several times, the thickness become to 3.5mm~5.0mm according to different clients request. Then flare out the wire to a steel bar and cut it in suitable size. Auto welding machine will weld the steel bar to a mesh panel. Folding the panel after welding. Then we can do the surface treatment. Acid washing before galvanizing to remove the rust on the surface. Polyester powder spray or dipped PVC coated after galvanizing. Then wrap the welded wire mesh fence panel with plastic film and load on steel pallets. Skyhall do not suggest load in bulk for powder coated surface treatment mesh panel fencing. If loading in bulk, the polyester powder layer will be crashed when transportation.
The production process of post part is easier than the panel. Normally, the raw material is 60mm*60mm square tube. After cutting the tube into suitable size, we can do the acid washing and galvanizing process. Polyester powder spray or dipped PVC coated in the end. We still do not suggest to load the powder coated post in bulk by same reason of panel does. The polyester powder layer will drop off when loading and transporting.
Production process of welded mesh fence accessories is totally different from above two parts. For anti-UV plastic accessories such as plastic clamp or post cap. Usually we need to build a mould first, then fill the liquid PVC material into to mould to create the shap of clamp or post cap. It will be finish after cooling it down. For metal accessories, the material is a suitable cutting plate, need punching machine to punch to the shape we designed, then do the surface treatment.
