Welded Fence Panels – Skyhall Fence
All the welded fence panels from Skyhall Fence is strictly manufactured under the standard EN-10223-4, EN-10218-2, EN-10244-2, EN-10245-4. If clients do not have any special request, we will plan to manufacture under the above four standards.
There are several types of welded fence panels which are welded mesh fence panels, welded euro fence rolls, welded BRC fence panels, welded double wire fence panels and welded 358 high security fence panels. All the above types of welded fence panels are all well inspected before we export. Our inspection process and quality control is from the first beginning. First, after we booked the wire rod material, we need to send it to the lab to check its tension strength. According to EN-10223-4, the tension strength of all welded panel materials should be in the range of 350Mpa ~ 900Mpa. After the wire has been drawn to suitable wire thickness, we will check its thickness according to EN-10218-2, all the wires need to be in the tolerance, or our quality control staff will replace the wire material before welding. During welding process of welded fence panels, our quality control staff will do the inspection of mesh size. We will check it randomly two mesh in every 100 mesh. If there is any mesh is not in the range of tolerance, the whole panel will be marked as off-test products. After welding process, we will send a sample to the lab to test its welding strength. According to EN-10223-4, the welding strength should be over 75 percent of the tension strength of the material. All the lab test method will be strictly followed the test method showed in the EN standard.
