This week we are going to talk about the welded wire mesh specifications. We have many new and fresh designs of the welded mesh fence this new year. We also made a clear introduction of every process during the producing procedures. The red metal fence showed in the picture above is welded mesh fence. The specific figures of the fence can be customer-made or recommended by our technical staffs.
As for the folds designed on the panel, we have usually two strategies for our clients to choose from. They are small fold 100mm * 50mm and big fold 200mm * 50mm. Of course, it will be changeable according to the requirements of the clients.
We also have various ways of surface treatment. The hot dipped galvanized(Zinc 505g/m2) is the most common one. There are also Pre-hot dipped galvanized matched with polyester powder coated and electric galvanized matched with PVC coated and polyester powder coated. Hot dipped galvanized ones will be more durable in use than others and we can make it colorful by PVC coated and polyester coated.
As for the clamps, we usually use plastic holding clamps and metal clamps. They can make into different colors for you to choose. It will be more convenient if you choose one of them, and they can be more useful concerned about the place you use. Metal clamp will be better if you want to use them outdoors.
It includes a set of bolts, nuts and washier. It is pretty durable and cheap no matter where you use them. It also have many colors such as dark green, white, gray etc.
The installation of the welded mesh fence is not very difficult. You can bury the post into the ground at about 500mm-600mm according the the fence height. Besides, you can use flange which is more convenient and will save some materials. It also includes some fittings to fasten the ground. It is more stable sometimes compared with the bury method.
