Twin Wire Mesh Fence Packing From Skyhall Fence
Twin wire mesh fence also called double wire fencing. We can easily find out the feature of it from its name. All the horizontal line wires are double to make the panel stronger than normal welded wire mesh fence panels. The most hot sales region of twin wire mesh fencing is in German market, but now a days it become more and more popular in other district such as Middle East and other Europe countries.
After the production of twin wire mesh fence from Skyhall Fence, our quality control will start making the inspection. If all the twin wire mesh fence passed our inspection and the specification are all in the range. Our packing staff will start preparing packing it.
First, we need to preparing a steel pallets. Of course, wooden pallets are also acceptable if our clients request, but some countries need a certificate for wooden pallets. The size of the pallets need to be exactly same as the size of panel. With some rails in the middle of the panels for separating the weight pressure from the twin wire mesh fence. Normally the height of the twin wire mesh fence pallets should be around 150mm, also there are some space in the bottom of the pallets for forklift handling. Weight for each pallets should be not over than 3.5ton, or it will be a problem for forklift lifting.
Secondly, after loading the twin wire mesh fence on the pallets, our staff will tie the twin wire mesh fence panels on the pallets with some steel belts to make sure it won’t fall down during transportation. Then wrapping plastic film of the pallets to prevent the water going inside of the pallets.
In the end, we will taping our advertising tape on the pallets with our Skyhall Brand Logo. Of course, we won’t tape it if our clients request no logo marks on the package.
