NOTES:
- Height: the height of the steel palisade fence.
- Width: the distance between two IPE posts, measure from center to center.
- Pale Type: shape of the steel palisade fence pale, normally W pale or D pale.
- Pale Top: shape of the steel palisade fence pale top, normally triple pointed or single pointed.
- Pale Thickness: wall thickness of the steel palisade fence pale.
- Horizontal Rail: usually use angle steel to be the rail of steel palisade fence, its function is connecting the pales and post.
- IPE Post: also called RSJ post.
- Fish Plate: small tools for connecting IPE post and horizontal rail, it use as a clamp.
- Hot Dipped Galvanized: dip the fence in to a container that is full of liquid zinc, to prevent the steel palisade fence from getting rusty.
- Electric Galvanized + Polyester Powder Coated: electric galvanized (zinc coating 8~12g) as a pre – surface treatment inside, polyester powder layer outside, to prevent the steel palisade fence from getting rusty.

Strong
Steel palisade fencing is composed by the strong IPE post and steel pales. So it is very strong and very hard to break. The wall thickness of the pale is usually 2.0mm, so to resist the wind power or the slight strike is very easy for the concrete palisade fencing. The Installation Of The Steel Palisade Fencing
1.Use the ruler to measure the length and width of the IPE post. Usually, the IPE post size is 100mm * 55mm. Make sure the length between the two centers of IPE post.
2.Then use the shovel to dig a square hole. The size of the hole should be about 103mm * 60mm * 500mm. And than make the same hole and a hole horizontally with the equal distance. The distance between the two post should be the same as the the length between the two centers of the digging holes.
3.Send the IPE posts into the hole, connect the horizontal rail to the IPE post by using of fish plates.
4.Next, use the electric drill to punch holes both on the horizontal rail and the pales. Remember to make the distance between the each pale the same. Then choose the bolts and nuts to make the pales and horizontal rails together. Both M12 Anti-theft bolts and nuts or M8 Anti- theft bolts and nuts can strengthen the whole security of the fence.
But there is also one thing you should remember in the installation. Because the pales of the Steel Palisade Fencing usually have a 3cm – 5cm high space between the ground. Just like the welded mesh fence which usually has a 3cm spike on the top of the fence panel.
Of course, there are other ways of installation like soldering which will solder the pales on the horizontal rail instead of using Anti-theft bolts. But considering the weight of the pales, using bolts and nut as the connection will be more convenient.
