Farm Wire Fence – A Simple Introduction
The application of farm wire fence just like its name, normally people use it in farmland. The farm wire fence is one of the hot sale products in Skyhall Fence series. Raw material of farm wire fence is low carbon steel wire, normally we use Q235 material. Horizontal wire of farm wire fence can use high tensile strength (950Mpa ~ 1050Mpa) wire to make the farm wire fence much stronger in horizontal line. However, vertical wire is only able to use low tensile wire, because high tensile strength wire can not be twisted easily for the wire connection. There are three main type of surface treatment for farm wire fence. First is the normal zinc coated layer, zinc coating mass (40g ~ 60g/m2). Another one is higher zinc coating layer (mass 100g++ g/m2). Also we can use galfan wire to be the material of farm wire fence, which layer is zinc alloy coating (95% zinc & 5% aluminum alloy). The galfan wire is the most durable material for farm wire fence which lift time can last for almost ten years. Also for the hinged joint, there are three type for connection which are the spiral knot, T knot and circle knot. Spiral knot is the most popular one in global market. Regarding the tensile strength, the farm wire fence has two different styles – low tensile steel woven wire hinged joint & high tensile steel woven wire hinged joint. For low tensile wire hinged joint, the tensile strength of horizontal wires is min 600Mpa and 350Mpa for vertical wires. High tensile wire hinged joint’s tensile strength is horizontal wires min 1050Mpa and 600Mpa for vertical wires. The popular selvedge wire diameter is 3.0mm, horizontal wire diameter is 2.5mm. Popular vertical wire diameter is 2.5mm. Normally packing in rolls, standard length should be 50m/roll or 100m/roll, tolerance only in +1m, without any minus tolerance.
