Euro Steel Fence Panel – Welded Fencing Rolls
Euro steel fence panel is a relatively economical and yet popular fencing widely used both in China and European countries. Like the name euro fence shows, it is a very mature and accepted fencing material in Europe. The euro fence panels usually come with a mesh size of 50mm in square holes. The small mesh size makes the panel looks attractive and there is also a very unique feature which is the waves on the horizontal wires. This design of the unique feature is to make the mesh more stable and strong.
Euro steel fence panel is packed in rolls of 50 meters or 100 meters, but other length can also be accepted if customer required. This feature make the production more complicated than regular mesh panels. In order to make the rolls, every production process have to be chained together. These process includes the welding and PVC coating, etc. All these process works automatically.
After being packed in rolls, the rolls will be further packed in plastic film to better protect the rolls during transportation and storage.
The wire diameter of euro steel fence panel can not be too thick, usually 2.0 millimeter to 2.5 millimeter is a common value for it. The reason for this is that if the wire get too thick, it will be hard to make the fence into rolls. So if your requirement has a very thick diameter, then probably you have to order the fence in separate panels instead of rolls.
Now I am gonna talk about the post working with the euro steel fence panel. The standard post for this is called swallow tail post. As you can see from its name, there is a swallow tail which is actually a intruding part on the post to fix the panel onto it using v shaped clips.
