Horizontal wire of farm wire fence can use high tensile strength (950Mpa ~ 1050Mpa) wire to make the farm wire fence much stronger in horizontal line. There are three main type of surface treatment for farm wire fence. First is the normal zinc coated layer, zinc coating mass (40g ~ 60g/m2). Another one is higher zinc coating layer (mass 100g++ g/m2). Also we can use galfan wire to be the material of farm wire fence, which layer is zinc alloy coating (95% zinc & 5% aluminum alloy). The galfan wire is the most durable material for farm wire fence which lift time can last for almost ten years. Also for the hinged joint, there are three type for connection which are the spiral knot, T knot and circle knot. Spiral knot is the most popular one in global market. Popular vertical wire diameter is 2.5mm. Normally packing in rolls, standard length should be 50m/roll or 100m/roll, tolerance only in +1m, without any minus tolerance.
